Alice Collar (white / polka dot)

Reversible design, one face is white twill and the other is small white polka dots, and ribbon is interchangeable.

Wide polka-dotted pleated cotton ruffle, so expect this to be extra. 

Fun fact, the first collar I ever made in this style was for an Alice in Wonderland group cosplay hence the name's origin.
